Mutya Macatumpag a.k.a FIND MUTYA (artist name), is a queer filipino made in the tagalog speaking lands and born a settler on the ancestral, stolen, unceded, and unsurrendered Territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō, and Tsleil-Waututh traditional peoples. She is a professional interdisciplinary artist and facilitator who interweaves music, movement, performance and visual arts within her professional practice as a vocalist, creator, creative empowerment facilitator, experience, event host and producer.

Mutya’s creative life connects with nature, bending wire into small and large structures, some that emit light, wearable body wire designs, unique felt pen art drawings, one of a kind “Colour-In” stickers, hand cut stencils, secret books, silk screen explorations. She is enlivened by opportunities to explore authentic exchange, leadership, social justice, and people empowerment and has worked with a variety of intergenerational, intercultural and youth focused organizations across BC, Canada, USA and Internationally.
