Sarah Downey has honed her skills in group facilitation over an impactful two-decade career. With an extensive background in visual arts, music, drama, dance, and creative writing, Sarah weaves a rich tapestry of creative outlets into her work. She holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership with a specialized focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Formerly the Executive Director of Power of Hope Canada from 2015-2020, Sarah now passionately channels her expertise as a professional facilitator and consultant in the public sector. She is also the founder of The Magic Well, a personal coaching business that delivers organizational strategies through a creative lens. Sarah’s unique approach draws from an educational backdrop in fine arts, indigenous studies, spiritual studies, and cultural studies. Trained by esteemed mentors in the Creative Empowerment Model, Sarah continues to be a guiding light, enabling individuals to tap into their inner voice, innate creativity and realize their full potential.
