A quick energy builder for large or small groups.
  1. The facilitator holds one hand high in the air and the other one low towards the ground, palms facing each other.
  2. Then explain to the group: “Whenever my hands pass each other moving up or down, everyone clap.” Try this a couple of times slowly to give the group a chance to practice.
  3. Then start mixing in some fake moves where the hands look like they are going to pass each other but do not.
  4. End by passing your hands up and down faster and faster creating the sound of applause.
