Young Women Empowered (Y-WE) creates social transformation through intergenerational mentorship and creative programs that empower diverse young women to grow their leadership, achieve their future dreams and change our world. Y-WE was co-founded by Partners for Youth Empowerment co-founder Peggy Taylor. The Creative Empowerment Model is foundational to their program delivery.
